Yesterday the boys and I left shortly after breakfast for Aunt MeMe’s house in San Antonio. Of course it had to be the day it decided to rain all day, we need the rain but driving in heavy rain with my two precious boys can be draining. I would realize every now and then I was forgetting to breath I was concentrating so hard! We arrived around 11am and as the boys played I quickly fixed Aunt MeMe’s computer (that is another long scary story) and made sure it worked. Then we took them to Chuck-E-Cheese (early birthday gift). We don’t have one in Lockhart or San Marcos so CiCi’s is our equivalent but this time they got to go to the REAL Chuck-E-Cheese. Talk about little boy overload! MeMe gave them a pocketful of tokens and said go play, and boy did they! They had a blast, I needed a nap! After lunch we went to the Toys-R-Us on our way home and I found the boys big Birthday gift from Mommy and Daddy. We found them a big bounce castle with a slide on it made by Little Tykes. We are going to put it up Saturday before the party for all to enjoy. All in all and eventful day. I knew it had worn the boys out because they slept until almost 8am and they usually are up around 7am! Birthdays quickly approaching!!!
