Tonight at the dinner table after three glasses of water we told Zach no more water (to much getting up in the middle of the night to pee) and he got upset. He then told me he wished he “had no more parents” and wanted to “throw us in the trash can”….. Wow…
So Casey decided that we should “ignore” him so he didn’t have parents anymore. Just for 30 minutes until bedtime. He kept talking and asking for desert etc and we kept “ignoring’ him. Then finally he jumped on his daddy, grabbed his face and “wished” us back and said a hundred times he was sorry….
I had to go in the other room to keep from laughing/crying at him. I am sure that’s not the last time he’ll want to put his parents in the trash can!
