A kiss and a dare

So tonight, as Zach sat in the bathtub he revealed that two of his buddies at school “dared” him to kiss a girl at school. I sat quietly (trying so hard not to giggle and upset him) and he then said, “but when I asked her she said, “Oh my gosh” and ran away!” “Mom, I won’t ever do that again!” I explained he really didn’t do anything wrong and that asking her was the best way (to give or get kisses), that he was being polite, and his friends weren’t so nice to tease him. He then asked me not to tell his dad that it was “just between us”. I think by the time he is 10 I could write a book full of the truly amazing and funny things he says.

On another note, my notebook has a bad display so it will need to be repaired. If updates are lacking you will know why. I am borrowing Zach’s computer right now!
