4am Sirens

So this morning around 4am I hear a siren then see lights whiz by (I happened to be laying facing the window). At first I thought I dreamed I saw it, then through the window I see numerous flashing lights. (Given the recent events see Stealing = Jail Time) I got out of bed and looked out the window and found about 4 sets of flashing lights then saw and ambulance go by (this is all taking place across the road and down the ways a little), about that time I see an orange glow behind the trees and wake up Casey to tell him somethings on fire. He gets up and looks, then goes back to bed. I stand for a moment more and see flames lick up behind the trees. I am freezing by this time so run to check on the boys and hop back under the covers.

A few more sirens come and go (thank goodness the boys are sound sleepers) and the orange glow fades and I am finally able to get back to sleep around 5am. Only to dream a fire was right outside our house and *spaz* awake at 10 til 6am. A few more minutes of rest and it was time to get up. Casey drove by this morning and said the house was gone, we don’t really know our “neighbors”, one of their ponies lived our yard for two weeks, but I hope no one got hurt. Living in the country is supposed to be queit, but we sure have our fair shair of action lately.
