I’m 5, that makes me a man. I’m 4 and I’m a boy.

What a birthday party! It’s hard to believe that they’ve turned 5 and 4 already. Zach is growing into such a big boy and uhum a “man”, Casey John is enjoying just being a boy. We had a lot of family and friends come celebrate their life and enjoy hot dogs and burgers and the best tasting Darth Vader cake ever! I’ll post a few photos to the album tomorrow from the event. Their Uncle Tommy bought them a very cool inflatable water slide that they had a blast on Saturday afternoon. The boys birthday tends to be like a mini Christmas at our house an although you may think we are getting two for the price of one, it’s more like two for well the price of two. I carefully selected items they had asked for in the previous months and got two of each with a few exceptions. Casey J is really into dinosaurs so he got a walking, roaring triceratops and Zach is more into arts and crafts so he got some Aqua Dots (yes Casey about whacked me for that one!) Although they had a great birthday we came up with a new plan for next year, at the end of September we want to have one huge bash for all the birthdays in that four week span, to include the boys birthdays, Casey’s birthday, mine, Aunt Sam’s, Uncle Tommy’s and anyone else we know! We feel the boys will really be ready to have a party with all their school friends but don’t want to stop having family and friends over to celebrate. So that’s how it’ll go down next year, one party with their friends and one super party for all the Sept-Oct birthdays! Look for the photos soon, and a big thank you to everyone who came to celebrate with the boys and to spoil them with gifts!
