I wonder if I would fit in at the land of OZ, probably being they have height restrictions and all. Just kidding, my friend Renate and I are off soon to the Renaissance festival near Houston. I thought it was only right to have a girls weekend after Casey had a guys weekend. Although all the girls bailed on us Renate and I are true Rennies (haha) and I’m sure we’ll have fun without our husbands on our own!

The boys newest thing is – “Mom, look how big my muscles are!” They ask me to look about 10 times each meal (someone told them eating all their food gives them bigger muscles than their daddy and is now paying the price for it). I have some good sayings (from the boys) tucked away that I will post next week (yes that means all 4 of you readers out there must wait until then).

Other than that, Casey has said that if I sell my Nikon Coolpix 8700 he will help me get the camera I have been dreaming of for about 6 months now, my first true digital SLR the Nikon D40. Whoa baby I just cannot wait! While I am still madly in love with my little Nikon Coolpix P2 this one will really be a big treat. Look for photos from Ren Faire next week until then I took this photo to put on the post to sell my Coolpix 8700. I took this photo in the middle of downtown San Marcos, the property is surrounded by high fence and closed off to anyone. I am trying to find out more about it. Enjoy!!
