I traveled through more states today than I’ve ever visited all together. Before today I’d been to New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, and Louisiana. Today started in Louisiana, went through Mississippi, Alabama, and are halfway through Georgia as I write. We stopped in Vicksburg, right across the Mississippi river at the visitors center and took a few photos. They don’t call it the Mighty Mississippi for nothing, the width is just awesome and the river is moving! Especially compared the the river I’m used to. A lot of the road was just pavement and trees, lots of trees, trees every where. Well I’m waiting for my boys to call me before bed so I’ll leave you with a photo. Tomorrow will put me in Charleston, SC my destination for the next 6 days.
